a blend of baby greens  and grape tomatoes dressed with a Dijon and sherry vinaigrette
Leek and Potato Soup:
a purée of leek and potato garnished with smoked trout and an endive chiffonade
Caesar:
romaine dressed with a caesar dressing, shaved grana padano and herbed croutons
Main:
Steak Frites:
grilled Alberta flat-iron steak served with a roasted shallot jus, caramelized onions, and frites with roasted garlic aioli
Roasted Chicken:
an herb crusted chicken suprème, served with roasted potatoes, heirloom baby carrots and a wild chanterelle mushroom and thyme jus
Grilled Salmon:
grilled Atlantic salmon, served over wild rice and asparagus with a shrimp and red pepper coulis
